FAQs

Do you have a special program for school orders?

Yes. We believe our academic planners are the best available and have established a separate program to make school orders as simple and cost-effective as possible.

What does it cost to ship?

We ship our planners by MEDIA MAIL or UPS Ground Commercial (insured and trackable). The shipping and handling cost for a box of 25 planners is $25.00. (Free shipping promotion does not apply) You can order any combination of colors or quantities you need. However, since our planners are shipped in boxes of 25 per color, there is a surcharge of $.50 a planner when ordering quantities in increments OTHER than 25 per color.

Is there a minimum size to be eligible for the school program?

No. So long as you are a full-time educational institution that is ordering planners to solely distribute to your students, you are eligible to purchase planners through our school program. However, our price discounts are based on volume so the larger the order, the greater the savings. PLEASE NOTE: Planners purchased by schools are NOT returnable.

Can we order customized planners for our school?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer customization on our academic planners at this time. However, many schools purchase our planners and place a large label with the school's name and/or logo on the cover.

What are the benefits of the school program?

Through our school program, we offer special discount pricing based on the quantity and styles ordered, as well as provide low-cost bulk shipping rates.

What are your payment terms?

Payment in full MUST be received before academic planners are shipped. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and checks. PLEASE NOTE: We only hold inventory for 2 weeks from the date of the invoice. After that we cannot guarantee we will have the colors you ordered available.
